As a service to both our community and any guest of Oak Park Christian Center, we offer the opportunity to study the Bible one-on-one.

These studies are called “A New Heart”. Here is the premise of the Bible study series:

Imagine your heart as a building with many rooms, each with its own door. Throughout our lives, some of these rooms can become filled with hurt, pain, disappointment, and sin. Some wounds come from what others have done to us, while others are the result of choices that have drawn us away from God.
When we allow these things to remain in our hearts, they can keep us from fully experiencing what God desires for us—His love, peace, joy, freedom, and a deeper relationship with Him and with others.
A New Heart is a one-on-one Bible study designed to help us invite God into every room of our hearts. Through His Word and sound Biblical principles, we learn to surrender our hurts, struggles, and burdens to Him, allowing His truth to bring healing, restoration, and renewal into our lives.
God desires more than simply changing our circumstances; He desires to transform our hearts and draw us closer to Him each day.
